Delete Your Account

The quickest way — in the app

Open the Kundli app → side menu (☰) → Account & Legal → Delete Account. Type DELETE, confirm, and the account is removed straight away. Nothing is queued and nobody has to approve it.

On the web

Sign in at kundliapi.com/login.html, open your dashboard, and use Delete Account. Or send the request below and we will do it for you within 7 working days, after checking the request really comes from the account holder.

What is deleted

• Your profile, saved birth details and photo
• Every kundli, report and matching record you generated, and their history
• Your branding — logo, photograph, footer banners, awards, links and video
• Your customer records, remarks and reminders
• Companion data: memory, daily plans, moods and reflections
• Wallet balance, cart, saved addresses and device push tokens
• API keys on the account

What is kept, and why

• Payment and invoice records — eight years, as the Companies Act, 2013 and Indian tax law require.
• A dated line saying the account was deleted — with no name, email, phone or birth details.

One exception

If your account holds a live API key, we ask you to write to us first. Deleting it would stop your integration serving your own users the moment it went, and that should be a planned switch-off rather than a surprise.

Ask us to delete it

Write to support@kundliapi.com from the email address on the account (or from any address, quoting the registered mobile number), with the subject Account deletion request. Please include:

• the email address or mobile number the account uses;
• whether you also want us to close any active API plan.
