By accessing and using KundliAPI.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
KundliAPI.com provides:
- Free Kundli (birth chart) generation with PDF download
- Vedic Astrology API access through paid plans
- Horoscope, Panchang, Matching, and other astrology services
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must not share your API key with unauthorized parties
- One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated
4. API Usage
4.1 API Key Policy
- Each API key is issued for one account and linked to verified domains/IPs
- Maximum 3 domains and 5 IPs per API key
- Each domain can only be linked to one API key across all accounts
- Sharing API keys is prohibited and will result in key deactivation
4.2 Rate Limits
Each plan has a daily request limit. Exceeding the limit will result in 429 (Too Many Requests) responses until the next 24-hour reset.
4.3 Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the API for illegal or harmful purposes
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
- Reverse engineer our calculation algorithms
- Resell API access without authorization
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data
5. Payment Terms
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
- Plans are billed as one-time payments for 30 days of access
- Payments are processed securely through Cashfree payment gateway
- Plans do not auto-renew. You must manually renew after expiry

6. Intellectual Property
All content, calculations, algorithms, and branding on KundliAPI.com are our intellectual property. API output data can be used in your applications as per your plan. You may not claim our calculations or API as your own product.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Astrological predictions are for informational and entertainment purposes only
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of astrological interpretations
- API uptime is provided on a best-effort basis
- Calculations use Swiss Ephemeris with Lahiri Ayanamsa for maximum accuracy
8. Limitation of Liability
KundliAPI.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including financial losses based on astrological advice.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse our API, or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your API key will be deactivated.
10. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
