These terms are an agreement between you and KSBM Infotech Private Limited ("KSBM", "we", "us"), the operator of kundliapi.com, the KundliAPI developer API and the Kundli Android app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, generating a report, calling the API or installing the app, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the Service.
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Indian law. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business. One person may hold one account; accounts may not be shared, resold or transferred without our written consent.
Keep your password and one-time codes to yourself โ anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is compromised, fraudulent, or being used to abuse the Service, and we will tell you why.
The Service produces astrological calculations, reports and guidance based on the birth details you provide. It is offered for personal insight and general guidance. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and no outcome is promised. See our Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms. Decisions you take remain yours.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to call the API for your own product, within your plan's limits. You must:
We may change, deprecate or version endpoints. Breaking changes are announced in advance on the changelog wherever practicable. We may suspend a key immediately if it is being used to attack or abuse the Service.
Plan holders may put their own brand name, astrologer name, logo, photograph, banners, awards and links on the reports they generate. You confirm you own or are licensed to use everything you upload, and that any qualification or award you display is genuine. You are responsible for the reports you send to your clients under your own brand, including any claim, price or promise you add to them. You may not upload anyone else's brand, or content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory or infringing.
Where the Service connects you with an astrologer for a chat or call, that astrologer's opinion is their own. We provide the platform, the scheduling and the payment handling. Consultations are for guidance only and are subject to the Disclaimer.
Do not use the Service to break the law, to harass or defraud anyone, to reverse-engineer or copy our software, to probe or breach our security, to run automated traffic beyond your plan, or to build a product that violates Google Play policy. We may remove content and suspend accounts that do.
The Service, its software, design, text, calculation engine and documentation belong to KSBM and its licensors. You keep ownership of what you upload and of the birth details you enter; you grant us the limited licence needed to store that content and deliver the features you asked for. Reports you generate are yours to give to your clients.
We work to keep the Service running and publish live status on our status page, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance is announced where practicable. Our engine depends on ephemeris and third-party services that may themselves have outages.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the app (side menu → Account & Legal → Delete Account) or at kundliapi.com/delete-account.html. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service โ in the last case we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused part of a prepaid plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KSBM is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, or for any decision you take on the strength of a report or consultation. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
You will indemnify KSBM against claims arising from your breach of these terms, from content you upload, and from reports you issue to your own clients under your own brand.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be notified in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may seek injunctive relief wherever necessary to protect our rights.
