1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- Refund request is made within 7 days of purchase
- Total API usage has not exceeded 100 requests
- The account has not violated our Terms & Conditions
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in these cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- More than 100 API requests have been made
- Account was suspended for Terms violation
- You simply changed your mind after extensive API usage
- Partial refunds for unused days (plans are not pro-rated)
3. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us through the Contact Page
- Include your registered email address and order details
- Provide a reason for the refund request
- We will review your request within 3 business days
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Upon refund, your API key will be deactivated immediately
- Your account will remain active but without API access
5. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent API usage:
- Contact support first — we may be able to resolve the issue
- If the issue is on our side and cannot be resolved, a full refund or plan extension will be offered
- Downtime covered by SLA (Enterprise plans) will be compensated as per SLA terms
6. Free Services
Free Kundli generation and website features are provided at no cost. No refund claims apply to free services.
